I like to punk the Alan Colmes Radio Show as an absurd caller with strange political opinions and conspiracy theories, then he does shtick like he’s terribly frustrated. But here, the caller before me proves that truth is indeed stranger than fiction.

Question: Did Michael Steele get tips from Al Sharpton on how to show fake moral outrage about race in a TV interview?
If I hadn’t seen it for myself, I would have thought this quote came from Al Sharpton:

“And, and, and the reality of it is racism and racist conversations have no place today in America. This, this term–this, you know, you know, like he’s going to pass, for example, for, for white America because he’s, you know, got this Negro dialect that he can turn on or turn off, and he’s light-skinned, that’s anachronistic language that harkens back to the 1950s and ’60s, and it confirms to me a mind-set that is out of step with where America is today. ”

The problem is alot of white people do think just like Harry Reid said. It is not right, it is not good, but that is the way it is. I don’t know who Steele got his tips from but he is not facing reality. That is where alot of America is and we want to progress and not be there, but for right now we are there.

After 12 years on the prime time Fox News program, talk radio host, Alan Colmes ends the run of the popular debate show. Alan Colmes appeared as the liberal balance to conservative talk radio host Sean Hannity. Upon Alan Colmes decision to leave the debate, Sean Hannity takes permanent hosting role with the show “HANNITY”, a daily news and opinion show. Alan Colmes now frequently contributes to The O’Reilly Factor, The Strategy Room, and occasional appearances on Hannity, the conservative talk radio host’s solo show. Alan Colmes still works for Fox News. He has a talk radio program that is on weekdays 10pm – 1am on the Fox News Talk Radio network. Colmes is syndicated on conservative and liberal talk radio stations across the country. Sean Hannity’s radio show is on weekdays 3pm -6pm through Clear Channel and Citidal Networks. His show is syndicated on 524 stations across America. Hannity program is featured on Fox News weeknights at 9pm. Interesting. Fox News co-host Alan Colmes debates some conservatives who want to attack Iran. The interesting thing is they’re paid Fox News analysts. Are there any liberals in the house? At Fox News they’re few and far between.

Question: Why did the Fox News show “Hannity and Colmes” stop all of a sudden?
It seemed as though the pair split up almost immediately. I don’t know if their personalities were too different, or if they didn’t get along off-stage, or whether the contract for the show ended. Hannity is still there. Alan Colmes still has a late night radio show on Fox News Talk (I have XM Radio) so I hear him I just change the channel. Really, if you don’t like what is on the air, either turn it off or change the station. This is what the Fairness Doctrine doesn’t speak to these days.

Answer:

Answer by Fox News is the best!
On November 24, 2008, it was announced that Colmes would leave Hannity and Colmes at the end of 2008. Colmes will remain a commentator at Fox News. No one will replace him on the program, but there will be a segment called the “Great American Panel,” which will showcase three guests to offer a mix of commentary from across the political spectrum.
