It is difficult in almost every situation and on almost every political issue to separate the NY Times from the political far left; I assert that they are one and the same.

So, on the rare occasion that the Times falls out of step with leftist orthodoxy—as in this case calling out Hamas as the terrorist death cult that they clearly are—I can only wonder at the reaction of their erstwhile fellow travelers, the radical left.

For all its faults, and they are legion, The NYT still occasionally contains some solid journalism in between the usual bilge. You know what they say about broken clocks....

The culture of death that dooms these children and their futures is an abomination. Seven years of exposure to this garbage and it still chills me to the bone to see these kids brainwashed like this. There’s not one damn thing that’s “moderate” about child abuse - depraved is more like it. The lowest of the low.
