Thank God.  I’ve been going through PL Forum withdrawal all week.

You ain’t kiddin’. This is a grand place to discuss the events of the day. Even the arguments are entertaining and informative. I missed that…

Dang, I’ve got to find out my password! Yesterday I tried to log on and got a query about ‘rebuilding’ membership. I couldn’t come up with the right combo.

Glad it’s back, glad I’m able to read.

Internet Hint Number 437: Keep a list of all usernames and passwords on an offline, low-tech storage media*, just in case your computer - or somebody else’s - crashes and fries your registration information.

* - 3x5 card taped to the side of my monitor:

“PowerLine Forum - Rusty Bill - **********
Michelle Malkin - Rusty Bill - **********”

and so forth…

Ah yes.  The forum is a grand place to discuss the issues.  I’ve missed it.

You mean we gotta have passwords. Who knew? Is this a glitch or a feature?

That’s what you get for trusting Commie open-source technologies like PHP. It’s probably written by Muslims!

I think I needed that imposed vacation.  Boy, did I get a lot of stuff done that’s been sitting on my plate for too long!  Can you just pull the plug once a quarter for PL member life maintenance week?

Yeah, next thing you’re gonna say is that you started talking to you your wife again. You probably only e-mailed her, and that doesn’t constitute talk, even though the conversation was better.

What happened??  You can build a system from scratch and restore from backups in less time than the forum was down.  I’m curious as to what the problem was??  Email offline if necessary.

It’s very good to be back because I do enjoy the time I spend here.  A small question, however, if I may, when will I be getting my wrapper zapper back?

wow. that’s rude & unnecessary. a person doesn’t need to post 10 times a day to enjoy the forum and get a lot out of the discussions.

I never said this because of that.

He said some nasty stuff about anyone who follows a religion. In one of the five posts he has made. I wanted to see if he would tell what his real nick was he had to drop. Because he acts like he has posted here a lot. So he used another nick. Probably because he said some nasty stuff. So, my post was an attempt to get that out. And I was cranky for not smoking.

To be honest.

Sorry, did not mean to be rude. I was angry about his deception.
